About Us

Who we are

At Exceptional Abilities, we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect. Our mission is to offer stability, healing, and hope to these vulnerable children, ensuring they receive the care, resources, and guidance needed to rebuild their lives.

Through compassionate support, educational programs, and therapeutic services, we empower children to overcome trauma and develop the confidence to thrive. We work closely with social workers, foster families, and the community to create a network of love and protection, giving every child the opportunity for a brighter future.

At Exceptional Abilities, we believe every child deserves a safe place to heal and grow. Together, we can make a difference—one child at a time.

Mission

The mission of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) is to bring healing and hope to children who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, or other adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) by equipping caregivers with effective, trauma-informed strategies to help these children build trust, develop healthy relationships, and reach their full potential.

TBRI's guiding goal is to create secure attachments and healing environments where children can thrive emotionally, behaviorally, and socially. It emphasizes connection, empowerment, and correction to foster trust, safety, and long-term resilience in children from hard places.
